Edward Wright Obituary

Edward P. Wright, 66, of Streator passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Friday at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator. Rev. Fr. Raymond Guthrie will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Streator.

Born February 8, 1951 in Newfoundland, Canada he was the son of William and Stella (Ryan) Wright.

He is survived by his mother and step father, Stella and Bob Elias of Streator; step-brothers, Robert (Francie) Elias of Streator, Steven Elias of Gridley and Donald Elias of Streator; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Wright; his paternal and maternal grandparents; and a step-sister, Luanne Martin.

Ed retired from Owens Illinois Glass Company after many years of service.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Memorials may be directed to St. Michael the Archangel Church.
