I failed to put my name on my original post. Also, I misspelled her name which should be Jean. I apologize for that.

Jeanne and Don were 2 of my parents dearest friends when they moved to Streator in the 1940's. Before going to work for the police force, Don and my Dad Richard Rocke delivered furniture together for Fredman Brothers. If I remember right, my parents were Nancy's godparents. Mom and Dad have been gone for many years, but I still exchanged Christmas cards with Jeanne every year and always admired her handwriting. Your family has my deepest sympathies. I am thankful that both of your parents were such good friends to my folks. I know your mom was a very special lady and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. I'm sure the 4 of them are having quite a reunion up in heaven.
