Rachael L. Parker

Rachael L. Parker, 38, of Bloomington and formerly of Streator passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 in Miami, Florida.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 A.M. Monday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Sunday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Honorary pallbearers will be, Nathan Harris, Avery Harris, Ross Reynolds, Kerry Von Ruden, Dominiqueca Jaynes, Greg Girdler, Clint Shewmaker, Will Hancock and Scott Spaid.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Born May 29, 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona she was the daughter of Tricia Dudak and Charles Robinson. She married Lester J. Parker on May 18, 2013 in Bloomington.

She is survived by her husband Lester J. Parker of Bloomington; her mother, Tricia (Kerry Von Ruden) Harris of Streator; brothers, Nathan (Sarah Sroka) Harris of Streator and Avery (Dominiqueca Jaynes) Harris of Doyline, Louisiana; her nephew and godson, Weston Harris of Streator; a step sister, Brie Von Ruden of Streator; mother and father in law, Daniel and Nancy Parker of Ellsworth; and aunts and uncles, Bonnie (Richard) Salih of Missouri, Dan (Rosemary) Dudak of Streator, Sally Cox of Streator, Tom (Vivian) Dudak of Florida and Peter (Betsy) Dudak of Warrenville.

She was preceded in death by a son in infancy; her maternal grandparents, Louis and Rosalie Dudak; paternal grandmother, Judy Prust and an uncle, William Cox.

Rachael attended St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Streator High School in the Class of 1996.

She has lived in the Bloomington area for the last several years.

She worked as a bookkeeper at SKCO Accounting in Bloomington.

She was of the Catholic, Christian faith.

Through the years Rachael was active in high school in Streatorettes and enjoyed Volleyball, Basketball and Cheerleading while in grade school. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan and loved watching them in the World Series in 2006 and 2011.
