Donna F. Campbell

  Donna F. Campbell, 91, of Streator passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at the ARC of Streator.

  Private family burial will be held at Minonk Township Cemetery at later date.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Born October 8, 1932 she was the daughter of Fred and Frances (Russell) Campbell. 

  She is survived by nieces and nephews, Steve (Cathy) Henderson of Washington, Jack (Margaret) Henderson of Washington, Bob (Nancy) Campbell of Florida, Susan (Don) Decker of Cornell, Kathy Campbell of New York and Vicki (Derek) Richmond of Florida; several great and great-great nieces and nephews also survive.

  Raised in Wenona she attended Wenona grade schools and graduated from Wenona High School in the class of 1950.  She also attended Illinois State University, University of Illinois and Business College in Champaign.

  She worked for the DEW Line (Distant Early Warning Line) Training Center for several years.  She later worked for LaSalle Country Travel Agency until her retirement.

  She was a member of the Park Presbyterian Church, Streator. 

  Donna loved traveling with her sisters and her mother through the years.  She traveled to almost all 50 states and also took several trips to Europe.
