David McIntosh Obituary

David K. McIntosh, 68, of Streator passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Private burial will be held at a later date in the family plot in Chenoa Cemetery. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born June 26, 1950 in Streator he was the son of Ken and Margaret (Gillespie) McIntosh. He married Patricia McIntosh on May 25, 1972. She preceded him in death on December 14, 2018.

He is survived by a son, Jason McIntosh of Streator and a daughter, Denise McIntosh of Streator.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife and a brother, James McIntosh.
