Mary H. Wargo, 52, of Streator passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at her residence in Streator.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Central Church of Christ. Dr. Rory Christensen will officiate.
Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Friday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Additional visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services Saturday at the Central Church of Christ, Streator.
Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator. Pallbearers will be Tom Trainor, Scott Smith, Gary Wargo, Phil Tillman, Tony Wargo and Matthew Elmore.
Born July 31, 1965 in Streator, she was the daughter of Robert and Sylvia (Grivich) Wargo.
She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer (Phil) Tillman of LaSalle; her mother, Sylvia Wargo of Streator; a brother, Steven Wargo of Streator and a sister in law, Sherry (Tom) Roberge of Lynchfield, New Hampshire.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wargo and her brother, Randy Wargo.
Raised in Streator, she attended St. Stephen’s Grade School and graduated from Streator High School.
Mary first worked for, and then owned and operated Commercial Fast Print for over 30 years.
She was a member of Central Church of Christ and the Streator Lions Club.
Mary was a caring person who truly loved life. She had a passion for helping others. She was a loving mother and daughter and had a deep faith and love for Jesus. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and family.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
