Sharon L. Perhach

Sharon L. Perhach, 75, of Streator passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at her residence in Streator.

There will be no services. Cremation rites will be accorded.

The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born May 25, 1943 in Streator she was the daughter of William and Beulah (Van Meter) Cool. She married Dennis G. Perhach on November 23, 1961 at St. Stephen’s Church, Streator. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2018.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Perhach of Streator; sons, Michael (Virginia) Perhach of Dwight and Eric (Heather) Perhach of Streator; grandsons, Blake, Hunter and Mason Perhach all of Streator; a sister, Lauren (Donald) Melrose of Streator; a brother and sister in law, John “Jack” and Mary Ann Perhach of Rogers, Arkansas; nieces, nephews and cousins; she was also survived by her loving companion cats, Sparky and Lady.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Alma Bute and a niece, Michelle Noegel.

Born and raised in Streator she attended local grade schools and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1961.

She worked various jobs through the years and retired from Kroger’s in Streator.

She was a member of the former St. Stephen’s Church.

Sharon was a selfless, caring person who always put her family first. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. She also loved animals, nature and the Chicago Cubs.
