Adam Gardner Obituary
Funeral services will be at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Fr. Jacob Rose will officiate.
Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Honorary pallbearers will be, Mike Wheeler, Jason Schmitt, Heather Lopez, Bruce Scott, Emilee Carbone and Katie Close.
Born October 30, 1986 in Streator he was the son of Scott Gardner and Julynn (Donnell) Gardner.
He is survived by a daughter, Lillian “Lily†Gardner of Streator; his mother, Julynn (Daniel Schrum) Gardner of Bloomington; his father, Scott Gardner of Palatka, Florida; maternal grandparents, Howard and Judy Donnell of Streator; paternal grandparents, Thomas “Jerry†(Holly) Gardner of St. Augustine, Florida and Nancy Gardner of Palatka, Florida; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, James E. Carbone and his cousin, James E. Carbone.
Born in Streator he lived for some time in Florida before returning to Streator when he was 7. He attended Streator grade schools and Streator High School.
Adam was a free spirit who will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. He loved concerts and going to music festivals. He loved new age and colorful art and was a deep thinker.
