David M. Neiggemann, 77, of Streator passed away Friday, February 20, 2025 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

  There will be no funeral services.  Cremation rites have been accorded.

  Born July 19, 1948 in Streator he was the son of Patrick and Mildred (Jacobs) Neiggemann.  He was formerly married to Nancy Bandura. 

  He is survived by a daughter, Kari Neiggemann of Streator; his former wife, Nancy Neiggemann of Streator; a brother-in-law, Francis “Jr” Jamison of Streator; nieces and nephews also survive.

  He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Margaret Jamison and Norma Adamchak; and brothers, Jack, Fritz, Pat, Bill and Richard “Dick” Neiggemann.

  Born and raised in Streator he attended Streator schools and Streator High School.  He later served in the United States Army.

  He worked through the years for Thatcher’s Glass, Owens Illinois Glass and Jero-Black Company.

  He enjoyed fishing, bowling and riding his motorcycle.
