Diane K. Connors

  Diane K. Connors, 73, of Streator passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Care in Streator.

  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator.

  Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. on Wednesday, March 22nd at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.  The rosary will be recited at 6:45 P.M.

  Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Streator.  Pallbearers will be Kyle Voights, Gayle Rapp, Brad Wise, Rich Frye, Ron Frye, and Scot Heath. Honorary pallbearers will be Daryl Frye, Don Muffler Jr., Craig Heath, and Ron Davis.

  Born March 9, 1950, Diane was the daughter of Clarence and Kathryne (Heath) Connors.

  She is survived by her sisters, Nancy Connors of Streator, Jane Connors of Streator and the family pet, “Razin”.

  She was preceded in death by her parents.

  Born in Streator, Diane attended Grand Ridge Grade School and graduated from Streator High School, class of 1968.

  Over the years, she worked for Coils in Mazon, Luminous Process in Ottawa, Carson Pirie Scott in Ottawa, Ladies Fashion Bug in Ottawa and retired from Midland Bank in Ottawa. 

  Diane really enjoyed going to musical concerts at the parks in Streator and Ottawa.

  Diane was of the Catholic faith. 

  Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
