Donald J. Hornback

Donald J. Hornback, 43, of Streator passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Born May 10, 1977 in Kankakee he was the son of Richard and Mary Jane (Oliver) Hornback. He married Rebecca Simpson on May 12, 2001. She survives in Streator.

He is also survived by daughters, Crystal Taylor of Streator, Heather Hornback and Hannah Hornback; a son, Donald Hornback of Streator and a brother, Michael (Tammy) Hornback of Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents.

Don last worked as a truck driver for Black Horse Trucking with Aldi.
