Grayson Lee Kozak

  Grayson Lee Kozak of Streator passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at O.S.F. Center for Health in Streator. 

  Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 29th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.  Pastor Michael Glenn will officiate.

  Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 29th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

  Cremation rites will be accorded. 

  Born on April 30, 2024 in Ottawa, he was the son of Andrew Kozak and Emma Keith. 

  He is survived by his parents; a brother, Avery Kozak; maternal grandparents, Jennifer (Lloyd) Wissen of Streator and Larry Keith of Streator; paternal grandparents, Janene Maxon of El Paso and Frank Kozak of Streator; great grandparents, James (Brenda) Lewis of Streator, Edie Highland of Streator,  Linda (Gene Handzo) Keith of Streator, Linda Wissen of Streator, Ruby Price of Lincoln and Mathew Price of Chicago; great-great grandmother, Elsie Trainor of Streator and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

  He was preceded in death by his brother, Elian Kozak; great-great grandmother, Melanie Laird and great-great grandfathers, Robert Keith and John Highland.

  Grayson was a very vocal and happy boy.  He loved to make noises and coo.  He loved his mommy and daddy very much.  He will be dearly missed by his parents and family.
