Jeannine Falk Obituary

Jeannine “Jen” Falk, 90, of Streator passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Liberty Village Assisted Living in Streator.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. Friday, May 5th at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Streator. Rev. Brian Moeller will officiate.

Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Thursday, May 4th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Additional visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the services Friday morning at the church.

Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Streator.
