Jessica L. Rieck, 44, of Streator passed away Wednesday November 6, 2024 at O.S.F. St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford.

  Private funeral services will be held. Private burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The pallbearers will be, Jake Rieck, John Waterman, Jeremy Adams, Corey Kling, Beatrice Scorby and Morgan Scorby. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 

  Born June 4, 1980 in Pella, Iowa she was the daughter of Dale Rieck and Carol Fink.

  She is survived by daughters, Jordyn Leininger and Jaylei Leininger both of Streator; sons, Jakob and Jeremiah Granados both of Streator; her partner of many years, Jesse Granados of Streator; her mother, Carol (Jim) Fink of Streator; her father, Dale (Julie Payne) Rieck of Streator; a brother, Jacob Rieck of Streator; step-sisters, Amy Brown of Streator and Kelly Jones of Florida; and step-brothers, Justin (Melissa) Fink of Streator and Jim Fink of Streator.

  She attended Woodland Grade School and graduated from Woodland High School in the class of 1998.  Following high school she attended college and became a licensed Phlebotomist.

  She worked for Ottawa Hospital for many years in the lab as a Phlebotomist.  She also worked through the years for Woodland School, Kimes School and O.S.F. St. James Hospital as an Activities Director.

  Jessica was very proud of her children’s school and sporting accomplishments.   She loved spending time at many family gatherings over the years. She was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved Michael Jordan.  She will be dearly missed by her loving family.
