Jordyn E. Johnson

Jordyn E. Johnson, 28, of Streator passed away peacefully Saturday, November 2, 2019 at her home after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. Tuesday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Born September 23, 1991 she was the daughter of Howard Holt and Ann Biroschik.

She is survived by her children, Wesley Bennett and Lily Defenbaugh both of Streator; her mother and step-father, Ann and George Mazzola of Streator; her father, Howard Holt of Champaign; a brother, Zachary (Kristy) Johnson of New Lennox; sisters, Stacy Jones of Muskegon, Michigan and April (Todd) Taylor of Valparaiso, Indiana; ½ brother, Timothy Holt of Champaign and ½ sister, Lori Holt-Frye; a nephew, Achilles Taylor of Valparaiso, Indiana; her step-grandmother, Karen Biroschik of Sheridan; she was also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Steve and Cecelia Biroschik paternal grandparents, Luther and Ruby Holt and paternal step-grandparents, Joe and Marilyn Mazzola.

Born and raised in Streator she attended Woodland School and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 2010.

She was of the Catholic faith.

Jordyn’s children meant the world to her and she loved them very much. She also cherished her dog, Bronx.
