Kirk J. Pavlick

  Kirk J. Pavlick, 51, of Streator passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at O.S.F. St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.

  Kirk’s wishes were to be cremated.  There will be no funeral services.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Born November 30, 1970 in Streator he was the son of Thomas Pavlick and Jill Ferguson. 

  He is survived by his mother, Jill Pavlick of Streator; his life partner, Brandy Coon of Streator; sons, Chase Pavlick of Streator and Walter Vargas of Streator; step sons, Brandon Burash and Patrick Burash of Streator; grandchildren, Dalton Vargas, Payzlee Vargas, Wava Burash, Joseph Burash and Lillith Burash; brothers, Thomas (Chris) Pavlick of Ohio and Jim (Barb) Pavlick of Streator; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins also survive.

  He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, Jim and Jean Ferguson; and paternal grandparents, Mike and Pauline Pavlick.

  Born and raised in Streator he attended local grade schools and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1988.

  He worked for RR Donnelly for 19 years and was currently working for Vactor Manufacturing for the last 10 years.

  Kirk taught himself how to play guitar in his adult hood and played in a few different bands including Psycho Billy Cadillac and Toxic Cocktail. 

  He will be dearly missed by his loving family.
