Kristi was raised in Ransom and attended Ransom Grade School and graduated from Streator High School. She also graduated from Midwest Cosmetology College in Bloomington. After cosmetology school she worked for Manic Trends in Ottawa for 10 years and has developed a very loyal clientele whom she loved and appreciated dearly, and loved her co-workers through the years.
Kristi loved her family and especially spoiling her nieces and nephews, so much so that there was no expense spared when she bought things, although she we would never spend money on herself. She loved to go boating with her uncle Dave and hanging with her friends. She was an avid Chicago sports fan, loving her Cubbies and Bears. She also adored her two black labs, Bailey and Waylon.
Kristi had the biggest heart, the most infectious laugh and the brightest smile. When she loved, she loved hard and if you were someone she cared about, you were pretty damn lucky. She had this incredible ability to make you laugh no matter what the situation was and genuinely had a good time. She is leaving a big hole in a lot of hearts.
