Linda L. Kmetz

  Linda L. Kmetz, 78, of Streator passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022 at O. S. F. Center for Health in Streator.

  Private family services will be held.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 

  Born August 24, 1944 in Streator she was the daughter of Ralph and Martha (Kent) Lorentzen.  She married Mike Kmetz on June 8, 1997 at St. Croix in the Virgin Islands.

  She is survived by her husband, Mike Kmetz of Streator; children, Joseph Verdiramo of Junction City, Kansas, Lisa Page of Las Vegas, Nevada and Phil (Sally) Verdiramo of Las Vegas, Nevada; step children, Mike Kmetz II of LaSalle and Marc (Rosalyn) Kmetz of Las Vegas, Nevada; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

  She was preceded in death by her parents.

  Born and raised in Streator she attended Garfield and Oakland Grade Schools and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1962.

  She was a homemaker through the years. 

  She lived in Las Vegas for 32 years returning to Streator in 1995.
