Lynda L. Urbanski

  Lynda Louise Urbanski, 80, of Streator passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 at Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Care, Streator.

  A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a later date.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Born October 22, 1942 in Peoria she was the daughter of Fred and Mary (Kudrick) North.  She married John “Jack” Urbanski on May 20, 1983.

  She is survived by her husband, John “Jack” Urbanski of Streator; a sister, Patricia North-Howe, a niece, Sherry (Rick) Long; nieces in law, Rona (Leonard) Burrows and Carrie (Brian) Hicks; her beloved dogs, China Doll, Dusty and Shayla; several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frederick North in infancy and a brother in law, John Howe.

  Lynda was Past-President of the Streator Eagles Women’s Auxiliary and an avid card player.  She loved to travel and collect porcelain dolls.

  Memorials may be directed to the family or the charity of the donor’s choice.
