Marcelline T. “Marcy” Pshak, 87, of Streator passed away Friday, September 27, 2024 at her residence in Streator.

  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 2nd at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator.

  Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Wednesday, October 2nd at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.  The rosary will be recited at 8:45 A.M.

  Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator.

  Born July 5, 1937 in Streator, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Kacmar) Dady.  She married Robert J. Pshak on June 2, 1962.  He preceded her in death on October 21, 1975.

  She is survived by daughters, Debora (Mark) McMullen of Arlington Heights and Mary Beth Fuller of Elk Grove Village; a brother, Donald Dady of Streator and a sister, Rita Sayers of Tampa, Florida.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister in law, Edith Dady and a brother in law, Richard Sayers.

  Born and raised in Streator, she attended St. Stephen’s Grade School and graduated from Streator High School.

  She worked through the years for Thatcher’s Glass Manufacturing.  She later worked for St. Mary’s Hospital as a secretary for 27 years until her retirement.

  She was a member of the former St. Stephen’s Church and currently belonged to St. Michael the Archangel Church.

  Marcy loved flowers and gardening, girl’s trips with her daughters and the occasional game of dominos.  She enjoyed traveling particularly wintering in Ft. Myers, Florida.  She will be dearly missed by her loving family.
