Marcia L. Hallam

  Marcia L. Hallam, 72, of Streator passed away Monday, April 20, 2026 at LaSalle County Nursing Home in Ottawa.

  Cremation rites will be accorded.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Born September 15, 1953 in Streator she was the daughter of Virgil and Jean (McCauley) Anderson.  She married John D. Hallam on January 21, 1994.

  She is survived by her husband, John Hallam of Streator; sons, Jim Fink Jr. of Streator and Justin (Melissa) Fink of Streator; a daughter, Amy Fink of Streator; stepchildren, Christopher Hallam of Bloomington and Dawn (Mike) Dorton of Streator; grandchildren, Cassie, Miryha, Logan, Kelsi, Noah, Jase and Josiah Fink; Josh Brown, Jordan Marshall and Faith Bisgrove; sisters, Laura Anderson of Streator and Jaci Anderson of West Virginia; she also leaves behind her beloved English Springer Spaniol, Monty.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Christina Defenbaugh and Cindi North; and brothers, Eric Anderson and Patrick Anderson.

  Born and raised in Streator she attended Streator grade schools and Streator High School.  She later attended Illinois Valley Community College where she earned her C.N.A.

  She worked through the years as a C.N.A. for Heritage Health and LaSalle County Nursing Home.
