Marilyn A. Senko, 81, of Streator passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the LaSalle County Nursing Home in Ottawa.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 29th at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator.
Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Wednesday, December 29th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.
Burial will be in the Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Streator. Pallbearers will be nephews, Mike Senko, Joe Senko and Logan Senko; Bob Wilson, Ron Olson and Gerry Senko.
Born February 23, 1940 in Streator she was the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Urichko) Senko.
She is survived by brothers, Rich (Mary Lou) Senko of Streator and Michael Senko of Streator; nieces, Lisa Kybartas and Amy (Jerry) Orr; nephews, Michael (Kelly) Senko and Joe (Ellen) Senko; great nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister in law, Dena Senko and her fiancé, John Blair.
Born and raised in Streator she attended St. Stephen’s Grade School and graduated from Woodland High School in the class of 1957.
She worked through the years for Lipton Tea Company, Jero Black (Sunstar) and Bergner’s (Hearing Center) in Peru. She was currently working for Teleperformance.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish. She was also a member of the Streator Moose Club and the Streator Eagles Club.
