Marion A. Matsko - Talley, 90, of Streator passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at O.S.F. Center for Health – Streator.

Private family services will be held at a late date. Cremation rites will be accorded.

The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born February 25, 1929 in Lowry City, Missouri she was the daughter of Martin and Edith (Cross) Johnson.

She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Matsko of Streator; sons, Frank (Kathy) Matsko of Streator and Richard Matsko of Indianapolis, Indiana; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Timothy Paul Matsko.

She was employed by Owens Illinois for many years and had previously worked at the Lipton Tea Company.

She was a devoted mother who always had her door open to family and friends. She loved gardening, word puzzles and Country and Western music. She never missed an occasion to tell her sons and daughter that she loved them.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
