Mary Ann Chismarick, 75, of Streator passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the ARC in Streator.

  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 3rd at the St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator.

  Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Wednesday, December 3rd at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

  Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator.

  Born April 4, 1950 in Streator she was the daughter of Helen Holup. 

  She is survived by a sister, Gloria (Bob) Watson of Streator; a brother, Ron (Jeanne) Chismarick of Ottawa; nieces and nephews, Kimberly (John) Walls of Normal, Terry (Stephanie Norris) Chismarick of Ottawa and Amy (Ralph Haynes) Hunter of Streator; great nieces and nephews, Grace (David Salegna) Walls of Normal, Ashley Walls of Normal, Jack Hunter of Streator, Lainey Hunter of Montana, Tyler Chismarick of Texas and Nolan Chismarick of Ottawa; stepsons, Frank (Debbie) Jurcak of Aurora and Thomas Jurcak of Sugar Grove; sisters in law, Lois Ruth of Streator and Shirley (Gary) Henning of New Hampshire; step-grandchildren, Alexandra, Arianna, Brock and Ella Grace Jurcak; and 1 step-greatgrandchild.

  She was preceded in death by her mother and the love of her life for 45 years, Frank “Tip” Jurcak.

  Born and raised in Streator she attended local grade schools and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1968.

  She worked through the years as a Pharmacy Technician for Goslin Drugstore, Hudachko Drugstore and ended her career working for Streator Drugs from where she retired.

  She was a member of the former St. Stephens Church and currently belonged to St. Michael the Archangel Parish.

  Mary Ann spent 45 years with the loved of her life Frank “Tip” Jurcak.  They enjoyed many fun times together including vacations and cruises.  After Tip’s passing Mary Ann continued to spend time with her family and good friends.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
