Mary Ann Elias

 Mary Ann Elias, 79, of Sun City, Arizona and formerly of Streator passed away Monday, July 21, 2025 at Brookdale Trail Ridge Senior Living in Sun City, Arizona.

  Funeral services will be at 11:30 A.M. Monday, July 28th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

  Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M.-11:30 A.M. Monday, July 28th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

  Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

  Born March 4, 1946 in Streator she was the daughter of Frank and Gertrude (Renn) Heinbuecher.  She married John Elias.  He preceded her in death in 1984.

  She is survived by a daughter, Andrea (Jason) Pool of Surprise, Arizona; grandchildren, Kelsey Irelan of Chandler, Arizona, Skylar Irelan of Chandler, Arizona, Devin Irelan of Surprise, Arizona and Hunter Irelan of Surprise, Arizona; and great grandchildren, Zy’aire Winters, Za’Mari Winters and Amaya Titus.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, sisters, Karen Wasson and Jan Hartman; and a brother, James Heinbuecher.

  Born and raised in Streator she attended Streator grade schools and graduated from Streator High School.

  She worked through the years for Owens Illinois Glass Company and Subway.  She also worked for Countryside Animal Clinic for most of her career.

  She was a member of the former St. Anthony Church before moving to Arizona 10 years ago to be near her family.

  A loving mother and grandmother she will be dearly missed by her family.

  Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
