Richard "Rick" G. Pavlick

  Richard “Rick” G. Pavlick, 60, of Streator passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 at O. S. F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. 

  Private funeral services will be held at Solon-Telford Funeral Home in Streator.

  Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park after the services..  Cremation rites have been accorded.

  Born July 26, 1965 in Streator, he was the son of George and Evelyn “Joanne” (Lahman) Pavlick. 

  He is survived by his mother and father, George and Evelyn “Joanne” Pavlick; a brother, David (Tammy) Pavlick of Streator and a nephew, David (Rae) Pavlick of LaGrange Park.

  He was preceded in death by a sister, Elisa Pavlick; a brother John in infancy; maternal grandparents, David and Maxine Lahman and paternal grandparents, Edward and Emma Pavlick.

  Born and raised in Streator, he attended local grade schools and graduated from Joliet Central High School, Class of 1983.

  Rick lived in Streator as an adult and liked to volunteer at the local schools.

  He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and liked to watch golf.  He enjoyed vacationing in Wisconsin with his family and completing jigsaw puzzles and word search puzzles.  He will be dearly missed by his family.

  Memorials may be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
