Stephanie R.P. Mayhew

  Stephanie Rae Patricia Mayhew, 31, of Streator passed away Thursday, November 23rd.

  Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, November 30th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.  Rev. Curtis Starner will officiate.

  Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Thursday, November 30th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.

  Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.  The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Born June 12, 1992 in Oak Lawn, Illinois she was the daughter of Mark and Sheila (Frentzel) Mayhew. 

  She is survived by her father, Mark (Kim Overton) Mayhew of Streator; her mother, Sheila Mayhew of Ottawa; a daughter, Serenity Mayhew of Streator; sons, Darius Mayhew of LaSalle and Osiris Angelico of Ottawa; a brother, Mark (Candy Collins) Mayhew of Ottawa; a sister, Cassie (Matthew Furbee) Mayhew of Ottawa; maternal grandma, Rae Valdez of Ottawa; maternal step-grandma, Renee Frentzel of Michigan; and paternal grandparents, Dick and Patricia Mayhew of Channahon.

  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandpa, Keith Frentzel.

  Stephanie attended school in Blue Island and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 2010.
