Theodore J. Goldsmith, 72, of Ancona passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at O.S.F. Center for Health

There will be no funeral services. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born August 8, 1948 in Pontiac he was the son of Joseph and Alma (Lamb) Goldsmith. He married Bonnie Yarusinsky on June 24, 1988.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Goldsmith of Ancona; sons, Robert Goldsmith of Iowa and David Goldsmith of Champaign; a sister, Deanna (James) Reynolds of Streator; and brothers, Thomas Goldsmith of North Carolina and Jimbob (Wanda) Goldsmith of Hamilton, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Doug Goldsmith.

Ted lived in the Pontiac, Plainfield, Streator and Ancona areas his lifetime.

He worked through the years for Peabody Meyers.

Ted loved the Lord with all of his heart and lived to serve him and now he is back home with the Lord. He will be sadly missed by his loving family.
